About the JobAs a Reddit Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our AI platform and its capabilities
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
