Valatam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize client value and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • Cultivating and expanding relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • C1/C2 English and Spanish language skills.
  • 2+ years of account management experience.
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
