Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify prospective clients and their needs.

- Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Xenon Group team leadership.
- Have 2+ years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR/BDR.
- Have high proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Experience working for a U.S. based tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Proficient with CRM and SEM software.
