Hi there We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Wellness/Fitness industryAbout The PositionWe’re looking for a Junior SDR to manage inbound calls for a Pilates studio chain, helping potential clients navigate the introductory process. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries, collecting contact details, scheduling follow-up appointments, and selling intro packages. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales within the fitness and wellness industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls from potential clients, providing detailed information about introductory offers.Collect and record customer contact information in the CRM system (Loyalsnap).Schedule follow-up appointments within the CRM system, ensuring timely engagement with prospects.Sell intro packages, typically priced between $50-$100, based on client needs.Potentially make outbound calls to acquire new clients and drive sales.Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and addressing client questions or concerns.QualificationsFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with clients clearly and professionally.Previous experience in sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.Comfortable making outbound calls to acquire new clients in addition to handling inbound calls.Proficient with CRM systems.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume
