The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Venezuelan market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing comprehensive networking solutions to meet customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Venezuelan market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in Colombia.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on TP-Link's networking products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

You'll Need

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
  • At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications, and/or networking companies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and frequent travel required.
