
Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Hexa Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of lead generation campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effective and culturally relevant.
You will also track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales field. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, are essential.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and career growth, 16 Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, Floating Holidays, Commission/Bonus/KPI scheme, Annual salary review, and a Supportive and collaborative work environment.
