We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive our office furniture company's growth and success. As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and overseeing end-to-end operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  3. Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end operations, from quoting to logistics.
  4. Customer Relationships: Build relationships with key clients, architects, and designers.
  5. Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources to support company growth.
  6. Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience and foster loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on the furniture industry.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
