Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Staff4Half, LLC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the retail sector. Your primary goal will be to achieve ambitious sales targets through persuasive communication and exceptional customer service.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 100 per day).
  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Additionally, proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience a plus) is highly valued.
