About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Staff4Half, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients in the retail sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through persuasive communication and exceptional customer service.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with 1+ years of experience in a similar role (cold calling / sales representative/ SRD). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Additionally, proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience a plus) is highly valued.
