About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Scale Up. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media platforms.Create and execute email campaigns to generate interest in our recruiting services.Craft personalized and compelling messages for LinkedIn outreach.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore opportunities.Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.RequirementsAdvanced oral and written English level.Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the recruitment/staffing industry.Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Apollo, and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes.Ability to work autonomously, set and achieve objectives, and remain self-driven and motivated in a remote work setting.Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.Organized with attention to detail.What We OfferCompensation package including a base salary plus commission structure.Part-time position with flexibility to balance work with other commitments.Flexible working hours and the freedom to manage your schedule effectively.100% remote work environment, providing the convenience of working from anywhere.Opportunity to be part of an early-stage startup and shape its success.
