At Scale Up Recruiting Partners, we are seeking a driven Business Development Professional to join our team as a Sales and Growth Representative. This role involves generating and qualifying leads primarily for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients in the accounting industry to introduce our software and schedule product demos.
- Qualify leads from both inbound sources (conferences, webinars) and cold outreach (via calls and emails), ensuring they are ready for a demo.
- Achieve monthly targets of demos booked, consistently tracking progress and adapting strategies to meet goals.
- Manage leads, track outreach efforts, and ensure smooth pipeline progression using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot.
- Take ownership of the initial stages of the sales process, ensuring a healthy pipeline through constant prospecting, follow-up, and outreach.
About the Position:
This role requires confidence and skill in cold calling, exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written) with minimal to no accent, and comfort using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot. Experience as a BDR or similar sales role, preferably working with English-speaking companies, is essential.
