The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Excellence Professional to join our expanding team. This dynamic role offers significant earning potential and provides an exceptional opportunity to leverage sales expertise in a lucrative, commission-based position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and drive client success.
  • Proactively generate new business leads and expand our client base within the region by conducting thorough needs assessments and tailoring compelling consulting solutions.
  • Persuasively communicate with C-suite executives and decision-makers through prepared and delivered sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital, Process Innovation, Financial Advisory, and Outsourcing.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the firm through consistent performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and influence decision-making.
