We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Staff4Half.
Responsibilities- Cultivate Relationships
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
- Identify Opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Drive Sales Growth
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through targeted outreach initiatives and leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to close deals.
- Analyze Performance
- Track sales performance and provide actionable insights for improvement, ensuring continuous growth and success.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational Abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Sales Experience
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments, with a proven track record of success.
- Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English (C1 level) is required, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Availability
- Ability to work PST hours, with flexibility to accommodate changing demands.
