Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, the Sales Excellence Professional will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This dynamic individual will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with existing clients, as well as generating new business leads through strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and drive client success.
  • Persuasively communicate with C-suite executives and decision-makers through prepared and delivered sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital, Process Innovation, Financial Advisory, and Outsourcing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and influence decision-making.
