Enterprise Business Development Ambassador

Xenon Group seeks a highly skilled business development professional to drive growth and identify new opportunities with senior executives in large companies.
This is a quota-carrying position that requires intense focus on high-velocity prospecting and developing new business leads.
The ideal candidate has B2B prospecting experience engaging with multiple personas from end-buyers to senior leaders, leveraging their expertise to build long-term relationships and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to identify prospective clients and tailor messaging narratives to align with buying triggers.
- Generate leads by engaging buyers via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Identify buyer needs and build rapport to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between clients and Xenon Group team leadership.
- Maintain accurate notes of lead interactions within the CRM application.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Success working for a U.S. based tech company selling into U.S. prospects with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Experience with CRM and SEM software.
- Proficient with MS Office.
Meeting volume: 8-10 new sales qualified leads per month.
