We're seeking a driven individual who is passionate about cultivating high-level client relationships and driving strategic growth. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize client value and satisfaction.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.
  • Cultivating and expanding relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, referrals).
  • Negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Monitoring client performance and providing strategic insights to optimize their business outcomes.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
  • 2+ years of account management experience (remote and serving US/Canadian/UK clients).
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
