Job Description:

DSTGAMING is an industry-leading iGaming solutions provider with over a decade of expertise. We specialize in advanced Online Casino Software, CRM, Games Aggregator API and Payment Solutions to elevate your online gaming business.

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Representative at DSTGAMING. The Sales Representative will be responsible for answering and following up on leads, contacting potential leads, demonstrating products or services, and closing sales deals. They will also build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and travel to attend exhibitions in different countries.

Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues to maintain positive relationships

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market conditions

Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance skills

Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and market conditions
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of the company's offerings

Qualifications:
• Sales experience, Customer Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
