The Role of a Cloud Sales Ambassador at Canonical
As a Cloud Sales Ambassador at Canonical, you will be part of a thriving sales development organization that is considered one of the best technology sales academies in the market. We are seeking exceptional and ambitious individuals who are organized, persistent, charismatic, and hard-working. If you have a passion for technology and its business implications, this role may be ideal for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to identify customer projects that align with our product lines and promote Canonical's presence across various industries and geographies.
- Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns to engage with potential customers and drive face-to-face interactions.
- Travel to events and conferences worldwide to present on booths and facilitate networking opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and strategies.
- Research information about prospective customers to generate a pipeline of multi-million dollar opportunities.
- Identify market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Liaise with new and existing customers to set up meetings and map accounts to uncover new opportunities.
- Accurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads on global opportunities.
