Sales Performance Specialist

We are a rapidly expanding staffing firm that specializes in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect C-level executives via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to expand our network.
- Sales Outreach: Develop and execute outreach campaigns utilizing tools like Apollo.io, Instantly AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to increase our reach.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial discovery calls to closing deals to ensure a smooth process.
- Research & CRM: Conduct lead research and maintain accurate records within our customer relationship management system to track our progress.
- Track Performance: Utilize tools such as Time Doctor to monitor productivity and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and optimize results to achieve our goals.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a remote setting.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using sales tools like Apollo.io, Excel, and other relevant software to enhance our processes.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of prospecting, outreach, and closing techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, motivated, organized, and self-driven to achieve our objectives.
