We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage our global sales efforts as a B2B Sales Account Manager.

About the Position

The B2B Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, targeting businesses within a niche market, from initial outreach through to closing sales, invoicing, and future sales opportunities.

This role involves regular client engagement through calls, emails, and team meetings, with a strong focus on follow-up in a competitive landscape. The company provides globally sourced leads, offering an exciting opportunity to connect with clients worldwide and expand market reach while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target businesses in a niche market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication and relationship-building in a competitive market.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize, share insights, and align on sales goals.
  4. Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue growth.
  5. Work with company-provided leads to engage with potential clients globally and expand market reach.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with long-cycle sales to slower-moving companies.
  2. Advanced level of English; must communicate effectively via phone, email, and video meetings.
  3. Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft 365, CallHippo, and PipeDrive CRM.
  4. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  5. Ability to work independently and take initiative within a small company environment.
  6. Sense of urgency and persistence in a competitive market.
