The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. They should also possess a proven track record of success in growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
About the RoleAs a Bilingual Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact clients.
- Growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Encouraging referrals from satisfied clients.
- Presenting new placements and onboarding clients efficiently.
- Updating databases and generating reports as needed.
- Providing constructive feedback on team performance and client satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- C1/C2 level English and Spanish language proficiency (writing and speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in remote settings serving international clients.
- A quiet home office with a dedicated workspace.
- Reliable internet access with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS and 2 MBPS upload speed.
- A laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB free hard-drive space.
