Responsibilities:- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage high-volume leads from qualification to closing.
- Consultative Selling and Rapport Building: Apply advanced sales techniques, including negotiation and objection handling, to meet customer needs.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with PMs and CSRs to deliver an exceptional sales experience.
Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They should be proficient with CRM systems and remote productivity tools, and available for flexible schedules, including weekends.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including uncapped commissions, paid weekly via Upwork. Our Bootcamp program provides fully-paid, immersive training featuring 1-on-1 mentoring, hands-on practice, and teamwork.
