Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the architecture and engineering industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalized support.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our products and services, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Technical Consultation and Solution Development:
- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and bids for clients, highlighting the value and competitiveness of our offerings.
Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the architecture and engineering industries.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify emerging customer needs and technological advancements.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal teams to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role: 3-5 years.
- Academic training and/or knowledge of the architecture and engineering industries, trends, software, project workflows, and more.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English required.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical expertise in relevant products and services.
- Market intelligence and competitor analysis capabilities.
