Bilingual Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bilingual Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing client projects and accounts, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. They should also possess a proven track record of success in account management, particularly in remote settings serving US/Canadian/UK clients.
The selected candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of client projects. This includes regular check-ins with clients, proactive problem-solving, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
- Present new placements and onboard clients efficiently.
- Update databases and generate reports as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback on team performance and client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- C1/C2 level English and Spanish language proficiency (writing and speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in remote settings serving international clients.
- A quiet home office with a dedicated workspace.
- Reliable internet access with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS and 2 MBPS upload speed.
- A laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB free hard-drive space.
