At Staff4Half, we're seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Dynamic Sales Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy building strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying potential sales opportunities, and proactively reaching out to prospects through outbound calls and emails. Key performance indicators include closing deals and achieving sales targets while tracking sales performance and providing insights for improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.">
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple sales opportunities.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.">
  • Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.">
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.">
  • Availability to work PST hours.">
