This has allowed us to serve a wide range of leading companies, including Instacart and OpenAI.
About the Role
As an Engagement Manager at Persona, you'll partner with various teams to lead engagement across strategic accounts. You'll think both analytically and strategically, amplifying the voice of our largest customers to guide product decisions and future direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive success of customer relationships throughout onboarding, implementation, launch, post-launch, adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Develop expertise in our complex product offerings through best-in-class onboarding
- Build trusted relationships with large organizations, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership
- Manage customer health by identifying growth opportunities and mitigating account risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate and prioritize customer feedback
- Partner with Marketing to highlight and amplify customer success stories
What You'll Bring
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in consultative customer-facing roles, particularly in consulting or advisory positions, or Customer Success / Account Management in highly-complex technical SaaS products.
- Proven track record of learning and understanding technical and complex products
- Experience managing complex customer engagements with multiple use cases, workstreams, and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to build strong advocates from scratch and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements
